10th Annual Technology & Justice for All
Prompts to Power: Practicing Law in the Age of AI
Friday, December 4, 2026 | 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. | Austin, Texas
Artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies are no longer separate from the everyday practice of law. Lawyers are being asked to choose new tools, understand unfamiliar licensing terms, protect client information, meet evolving ethical obligations, evaluate new forms of evidence, and decide where technology can genuinely make their practices better.
The 10th Annual Technology & Justice for All CLE is designed to help Texas lawyers move from simply hearing about new technology to using it thoughtfully and effectively. This full-day program will bring together lawyers, judges, and technology-focused practitioners for practical guidance on the issues arising as new tools become part of modern legal practice.
Planned sessions will explore the lifecycle of adopting and using new technology—from evaluating AI tools and understanding vendor terms to privacy regulation, professional responsibility, cybersecurity, and effective implementation inside a law office. The program will also examine what courts are seeing from the bench, including emerging challenges involving deepfakes, synthetic evidence, and authentication, as well as the role of technology in transactions and due diligence. The day will conclude with practical apps, agents, and automations lawyers can take back to their practices and begin exploring immediately. Dec 4 CLE Agenda
