Mitch Zoll

Mitch Zoll started his career working as a strategic and business process consultant for startup companies, government agencies, and Fortune 100 corporations. While with Accenture, Mitch helped clients use process re-design and technology to increase market penetration, customer engagement, and ultimately, profits.
As the Founding Member of the Zoll Firm, PLLC, Mitch provides legal guidance to new and established businesses. From initial formation and management through the ultimate sale of the business, Mitch helps clients understand how to run their business to minimize headaches and optimize results. Mitch also provides ongoing legal advice to small and medium-sized businesses that need general legal answers to everyday business questions. He has represented multiple Austin-based start-ups as well as large, international organizations and government entities, and he uses those experiences to provide guidance to every client.
Mitch has been recognized as a 2023 Austin Monthly Magazine “Top Attorney” in the Business category and recognized for three consecutive years by Best Lawyers’ Magazine in the Real Estate and Litigation categories, including the 2024 Lawyer of the Year designation. Mitch is an officer in the Austin Bar Association’s Solo & Small Firm Section and is the acting Secretary of the Computer & Technology Section. Mitch also serves as the Chair of the Section’s Tech Competence Working Group. He has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2006 and became licensed to practice law in Colorado in 2015. He is also admitted to practice before the Western, Southern, Northern and Eastern United States District Courts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Mitch combines his legal knowledge with his technology experience, helping both his clients and other law firms. He is a frequent speaker on efficient and effective technology in the practice of law, and he teaches masterclasses for law firms looking to use technology as a tool to serve their clients.
